RETURNS POLICY

We understand shopping online can be a little tricky at times with getting the right fit. So we offer the following return policy to make your life a little easier:

  • The returned item/s has not been worn or washed and all original labels/tags are attached and item/s is in original condition.
  • Must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • Please fill in the Merchandise Return Form that is sent with your purchase, including Order number and Reason For Return.
  • Please take care to protect the item/s when posting back.
  • The sender is responsible for all costs regarding returning the Item/s.  The item/s must be returned via registered mail or express post to ensure their safety as we cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit.
  • Once item/s is received we will refund you the purchase amount minus our shipping charges (if applicable). You will be notified via email when the refund has been processed.
  • There are NO refunds or returns on SALE items.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Sassy Sister does not offer exchanges. But you are most welcome to follow the above Returns Policy for a refund and then you can re-purchase your preferred item/size.
